Whilst I’m a true believer in growing old disgracefully! – I’m also very passionate about health & fitness, and I’m particularly interested in how diet, lifestyle and skincare can contribute to how we look and feel. As a self-confessed eco-warrior, I also enjoy making my own DIY natural beauty products, and it was whilst researching skincare ingredients, that I became interested in aesthetics.  Wanting a new challenge and to explore this passion further, I trained as an aesthetics practitioner alongside my job at NHS 111, and was very excited to officially set up A E C Aesthetics in 2021.

As a registered healthcare professional, {CHECK THE HCPC REGISTER} client comfort and safety is of the utmost importance.  With the growing popularity of non-surgical treatments, the aesthetic industry and associated regulations are changing rapidly – and thankfully for the better! I strive to continually improve my practice by keeping up to date with these developments, and following all industry guidelines to the letter.
