A E C Aesthetics
Personalised Aesthetic and Beauty Solutions
The ethos of AEC Aesthetics is very much individual-centred, rather than an ‘off the shelf’ or ‘one size fits all’ approach. We are passionate about viewing beauty and aesthetics in a much more holistic way, and take pride in striving to go above and beyond with every single client.
A E C Aesthetics
Do not regret growing older – It is a privilege denied to many.
It is extremely important to us that our clients feel listened to. All initial consultations are free of charge, with a focus on taking the time to understand you and your lifestyle; the reasons you wish to have treatment; your expectations of treatment, and of course, any concerns you may have.
At A E C Aesthetics, we believe in being open and honest, and as registered Healthcare Professionals, it is our Duty of Care to ensure that all treatments are suitable, appropriate and, most importantly, safe.

Our Story
A E C Aesthetics is owned and run by HCPC registered Paramedic Abbie Cullingford. This is her story….
“After many years working in various pubs, retail outlets, and call centres – and a few years spent backpacking around the world! – I took the decision, aged 30, to go to university and study for a degree in Paramedic Science. In 2015 I qualified as Paramedic, and spent several years living in London and working for the London Ambulance Service. After then moving back to Ipswich, I spent 18 months as Paramedic Practitioner for a local GP surgery, before making the move to NHS 111 – where I currently work as a Clinical Supervisor.
Whilst I’m a true believer in growing old disgracefully! – I’m also very passionate about health & fitness, and I’m particularly interested in how diet, lifestyle and skincare can contribute to how we look and feel. As a self-confessed eco-warrior, I also enjoy making my own DIY natural beauty products, and it was whilst researching skincare ingredients, that I became interested in aesthetics. Wanting a new challenge and to explore this passion further, I trained as an aesthetics practitioner alongside my job at NHS 111, and was very excited to officially set up A E C Aesthetics in 2021.
As a registered healthcare professional, client comfort and safety is of the utmost importance. With the growing popularity of non-surgical treatments, the aesthetic industry and associated regulations are changing rapidly – and thankfully for the better! I strive to continually improve my practice by keeping up to date with these developments, and following all industry guidelines to the letter.”
